“Industry-Academia-Local Governments Joint Declaration
For Industrial Revival
From the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami”
The Industry-Academia-Local Government Collaboration Round Table was held at a hotel in Sendai-city on November 18， 2011. Tohoku University President Akihisa Inoue， Miyagi Prefectural Governor Yoshihiro Murai， Sendai City Mayor Emiko Okuyama， and Tohoku Economic Federation Chairman Hiroaki Takahashi attended the Round Table. They exchanged opinions and views on the subject， “Industrial revival from the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami by the Industry-Academia-Local Government Collaboration，” and adopted the following joint declaration at the closing.
